1	Norway, the account is closed,
2	Denmark , the account is closed
4	We have several accounts in Sweden. Most common for Swedish customers is to pay to Swedish postal giro or to Handelsbanken bank account.
5	Paypal is accepted in SEK from customers outside EU, but add 4% for our costs
6	Customers within EU for lowest bankcosts , pay to Nordea IBAN acount in EURO, exchange SEK/EURO rate can be mailed to you with invoice
7	We can not yet accept credit cards ,except Only through Paypal : add 4%
